Vivlio surprises once again at the end of this year by releasing a new e-reader in a limited edition of 1,000 units: the Vivlio One-O.

This Vivlio One-O is a new version of the Vivlio One, which was already a big hit last year. But the French e-reader brand had a surprise in store for us: this new version is waterproof and has a slightly different design.

The e-reader keeps the main technical features of the Vivlio One, with the same computing “core” and the same software.

The case is now gray and the e-reader offers IPX4 certification: it resists water splashes (rain, for example) but must not be submerged in water.

Vivlio therefore continues to improve its “in-house” e-reader, designed entirely in France but manufactured in Asia, since its 6-inch black and white electronic ink screen can only be manufactured in China.

• 6-inch E-Ink touchscreen (black and white, the same as on the Vivlio One)

Regarding price and availability, this Vivlio One-O is only available at the French retailer Leclerc. You will therefore need to go to their website to order it, and it is offered at the exceptional launch price of $89.99 with a free magnetic cover.

It is therefore the cheapest 6″ e-reader available in France and in the World!

Note that Vivlio continues its expansion in Europe, as this e-reader will also be available in Portugal at Continente and Note.

The Vivlio One-O is exclusive to France and Portugal. It will only be sold by Leclerc in France and by Continente and Note in Portugal. It will not be available in the United States or in any other country.
